"New Pokémon adventures to play on your PC"
Even though, sadly, the great online “role playing” game in the Pokémon universe, PokeGlobal, has shut down its servers and disappeared, they left us a little going away present in the form of a personalized individual edition of the game called Pokémon: Revolution. This is a free game that is perfect for long-time fans of Pokémon, since it will take you back to the good old days of playing on your GBA.
Pokémon: Revolution is based on the old Gameboy Advance Pokémon games FireRed and LeafGreen, using the same models, images, and scenes from these versions. Essentially, the game works exactly the same way as all standard versions have: turn-taking Pokémon battles, four movements for each Pokémon, experience, health points, and so on.
If you are looking for some cutting edge graphics and high definition sound quality, then Pokémon: Revolution is not your game. It maintains the spirit of the older versions of the game, with the same look as a Gameboy. For that reason, this game is best suited to Pokémon fans who have been around long enough to have played on a GBA in the mid-2000s, or for younger players who are into a more classic or retro gaming experience.
